The Levy Senior Center Foundation does not share or sell personal information from donors, event registrants or event attendees. 

 

'Personal information' will be kept secure and includes, but is not limited to:

• home mailing address, 

• personal electronic mail address or addresses, 

• personal phone number or numbers, 

• dollar amounts of financial contributions, and

• any events the person in question may have registered for or attended. 

 

Publicly available information not subject to privacy considerations. 'Publicly available information' may include: 

• names of donors, unless the gift is made anonymously, 

• names of person or people honored or memorialized through a donation, 

• information on Donor Leaves commemorating gifts of $500 or greater, unless the donation is made anonymously. 

 

Publicly available information, including photographs or videos gathered at public events held at or in the Levy Senior Center, or through screenshots of meetings held virtually on Zoom, are not subject to privacy considerations. Such information may be gathered and distributed using one or all of the following communication media: 

• printed material, such as brochures, flyers, and postal mail;

• electronic mail, 

• local news outlets,

• the Levy Senior Center Foundation website, 

• Facebook posts from the Levy Senior Center Foundation, and 

• promotional signage.

 

Comments added in public forums including Facebook, the Q&A portion of Levy Lectures, and YouTube (comment section) are made at the writer's discretion and not subject to privacy considerations.
