This Senior Day Trip is for the chocolate lover!
Join us for a Chocolate Party at Morkes Chocolates in Palatine, IL on February 15. There are three different projects to make and each candy-maker takes home over one pound of chocolate items.
Projects include the chocolate pizza with a variety of candy toppings, molded items, and chocolate-dipped pretzels. Is your sweet tooth calling yet? Lunch will be served at Grove Kitchen in Palatine.
The trip to Morkes Chocolates is on February 15 at 10:30 a.m. Senior Day Trip transportation is underwritten by the Levy Senior Center Foundation. Day Trip participants meet at the Levy Senior Center and are provided transportation in a new-and-exclusive Senior Bus.
The fee for this Senior Day Trip is $45 for Levy members and $60 for nonmembers. The class number is 544003A8.
The Levy Senior Center Foundation also allocates Dennis Newton Scholarships for seniors who wish to attend Senior Day Trips but are financially incapable.
