The Foundation honors community members turning 100 years old with a birthday celebration – cake included!
Celebrate your centennial surrounded by fellow Levy Senior Center members. The Levy Senior Center Foundation hosts the birthday celebration and provides cake for all participants.
The 100th Birthday recognition forms are available on the Levy Senior Center Foundation table in the lobby or at the front desk. Please allow five days advance notice.
