Celebrate Super Senior Day at the Center



Smart Drivers Class | Levy Senior Center

Super Senior Day is a convenient and voluntary program for driver’s license renewal. The event includes Rules of the Road classroom instruction, a vision screening exam, and more.

The Rules of the Road Review Course also includes a review of safe driving techniques and Illinois driving laws. The Rules of the Road course is from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on June 15.

There is limited space available at the Rules of the Road Course. Call (847) 448-8250 or stop by the center’s front desk to pre-register.

A Secretary of State Mobile Driver Services Unit will also be available for participants to renew their driver’s licenses. An identification card can be obtained for $20. If you are age 65 years or older, you may obtain a free, non-expiring State of Illinois photo ID card.

Drivers age 75 years and older are required to take a driving test to renew their driver’s licenses and must visit a Secretary of State Driver Services facility to complete the process.

The Mobile Driver Services Unit will be at the Levy Senior Center 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on June 15.
